How to create a salon network
In plain words: how a salon network works, how to build it step by step — even with salons in different countries and cities — what else the platform can do, and what it costs.
How a network works
A network is several salons under one name. At the very top is the main salon (the master salon): the network starts with it. Below it are the child branches. A branch can be in any city and any country in the world.
Main salon (master salon)

Helps in the main salon but does not run the network.
- Oleh

Masters
Serve clients. Each one costs the price per master.
- Mia
Each branch has its own:
- name — usually the network name plus a suffix, for example “Beauty Star Warszawa”;
- city, country and address;
- its own booking page address, for example /beauty-star/warsaw/1;
- price currency (set automatically from the country, you can change it);
- services and prices, schedule, photos, a pin on the map;
- its own people: an admin, a moderator and masters.
Who is who
- Network owner (network super admin) — the person who created the network. They are in charge of the main salon and of every branch: they change prices, invite and remove people, add branches and pay for the platform for the whole network.
- Branch admin — in charge of their own branch only: its schedule, services and prices, client bookings. They can invite masters and moderators to their branch. The main salon can have its own admin too — then they are just the salon's admin, not the network's.
- Branch moderator — a helper: handles client bookings and photos of their branch.
- Master — serves clients. Sees their own bookings and schedule.
One person can combine roles: for example, be a branch admin and a master in the same branch. The network owner can also take clients themselves — then they are a master too.
The owner, admins and moderators see the chart of their network with real people in their cabinet, under “Network structure”.
Who can do what, and what is not allowed
- Only the network owner can create branches. A branch admin cannot create a new branch: they do not have the “Branches” and “On the map” items, and the site will not let them do it even through a direct link.
- A branch admin does not remove people and does not change the platform payment or the settings of the whole network. They can invite only masters and moderators, and only to their own branch — they do not appoint other admins.
- The network owner can work as a master in any of their salons.
- A branch admin can also be a master in their own branch. The network owner adds this role in “Staff” — an admin cannot add it to themselves, because masters are paid for.
- A branch admin can be an ordinary master in another branch of the same network: the owner invites them there as a master, and there they have no admin rights.
- A person works in only one place at a time: hours in different branches and on their own page must not overlap — the site checks this.
- Any staff member can also work for themselves: “All my places” → “Create page”. This is their personal self-employed master page and is not part of your network.
- Anyone can also open their own, separate network. But it will be a different network, where they are the owner and pay themselves; they cannot add a branch to your network.
More than booking: clients and accounting
The platform is not only convenient online booking. It helps you run the whole business: a self-employed master their own work, an admin their salon, the owner the whole network.
- “Clients” — a list of all the salon's clients with search by name and phone. Everyone who books is added to the list automatically.
- Client card: visit history, how many times the client came and did not come, notes and tags that only your team sees. From there you can call the client or block their number.
- The network owner sees one shared client list for all branches at once; a branch admin sees the clients of their branch.
- “Reports” — internal accounting by month: how many visits took place and how many were cancelled, who did not come, revenue, average check, returning clients, the most popular services and the revenue of each master. The network owner also sees the totals for each branch.
- Revenue is counted from bookings where an admin or master pressed “Payment received”. So you can see how much money each branch and each master brought in.
- “Download CSV” — export clients to a spreadsheet for Excel or Google Sheets.
- A master sees their own bookings and earnings.
Step 1. Create an account
- Click “My cabinet”, then “Create an account”.
- Enter your name, email, phone and password.
- Save the recovery codes the site shows you: they let you get back in if you forget your password.
Everyone who will work in the network (admins, moderators, masters) creates their own account the same way.
Step 2. Create the network and the main salon
- Open “My cabinet”. You will see the form “Create your booking page”.
- Under “Who are you” choose “I have a business (salon, car service, clinic)”.
- “Name on the page” — the network name, for example “Beauty Star”.
- “What do you do” — in your own words: manicure, haircuts, brows.
- “City” — start typing and pick the city from the list (any city in the world works). Your village is not there? Put a pin on the map and the nearest city is filled in for you.
- Fill in “Address” and “Phone for clients”.
- If you take clients yourself, tick “I also take clients myself”.
- Click “Create page”.
Done: this is your main salon, and you are the network owner.
Already have a self-employed master page? You can turn it into a network: “Branches” → “Turn into a network”. Bookings, clients and services stay.
Step 3. Set up the main salon
- “Services” — add services, duration and prices.
- “Schedule” — working hours. A new master already has 9:00–20:00 with a break 13:00–14:00; you can change them.
- “On the map” — put a pin so that clients find you in search.
- “Photos” — photos of the salon and your work.
- “Payment details” — a card or account where clients can pay for a booking (if needed).
- “Branches” → “Page languages” — add the languages in which clients will see your service names.
Step 4. Add branches in other cities and countries
- Open “Branches”.
- At the bottom, in “Add a branch”, fill in “Branch name”, for example “Beauty Star Berlin”.
- “City” — start typing and pick the city, in any country.
- Enter the address, put a pin on the map, add the branch phone.
- Click “Add a branch”.
The new branch gets its own page address right away — it is shown in the branch card, next to the “Copy” and “Open” buttons. The price currency is set from the branch's country; you can change it in “Services”.
The “Branch” switcher at the top of the cabinet chooses which branch you are setting up. Repeat step 3 for each branch: services and prices, schedule, map, photos.
Step 5. Invite people
- The person first creates their own account (step 1) and tells you their email.
- You open “Staff”, enter their email, choose the role (master, branch moderator, branch admin) and the branch.
- The person opens “My cabinet” and accepts the invitation.
A branch admin can invite masters and moderators too — but only to their own branch. Only the network owner can remove people and change payment.
What you pay for
The network owner pays — one invoice for the whole network at once, for all branches and all masters. The invoice has two parts:
- a price for each branch (a hidden branch is not counted);
- a price for each master working in the network.
Per master $5.00 / 30 days
Per branch $20.00 / 30 days
A network pays for its masters and branches; a self-employed master pays only the per-master price.
After creating the page you have 5 days to pay. The paid period counts from the registration day.
Example: 3 branches and 6 masters = 3 × $20.00 + 6 × $5.00 = $90.00 per 30 days. Admins and moderators are free.
Good to know:
- Admins and moderators are free. You pay only for masters. If an admin is also a master, they count as a master.
- A master who works in two branches of the same network is counted once.
- If you take clients yourself (you ticked “I also take clients myself”), you count as a master too.
- The owner can decide that a master pays for themselves: “Staff” → “Who pays the platform for masters” → “Master pays”. Then that master is not in the network's invoice.
How to pay
- Open “Payment” and click “Get an invoice” — the amount is calculated for you: branches × price per branch + masters × price per master.
- Transfer the money using the payment details shown in the invoice. Put your payment code in the payment comment — it is shown there too.
- Click “I have paid”. We check the payment and extend the network's service.
After that, the invoice comes by itself before the paid period ends, and the cabinet shows a “Pay” reminder.
If you do not pay on time, the cabinet first becomes view-only (client bookings stay, you can move or cancel them), and then the page is hidden from clients. Once you pay, everything works again.
