About this policy

This page explains what data the booking platform keeps, why, and who can see it. It applies to visitors, clients who book a visit, and masters and businesses that have a page on the platform.

Booking without an account

Clients book without registering. To make a booking we ask for a name, a phone number and an email address. The business you book with sees them in its cabinet, so it can confirm, move or cancel the visit and contact you about it. With your booking code you can see your booking at any time.

Accounts of masters and businesses

To create a page we keep the name, email address, phone number and a password stored as a secure hash, never as plain text. Businesses add their services, prices, schedule, address, photos and payment details for their clients.

Who is responsible for client data

Each master or business manages the client data of its own bookings and decides how to contact its clients. The platform does not send emails or SMS and does not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

How long data is kept

Bookings stay in the business's cabinet for a limited number of months. After that they are removed, and only totals without personal data stay in the business's reports. A business is warned before this happens and can export its client list.

Reviews

A review is shown with the author's first name and the initial of the last name. A business can reply to a review. Anyone can report a review or a photo, and moderators may hide it.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies it needs to work: signing in, the chosen language and city, protection of forms, the branch chosen in the cabinet, and filling in your contact details again if you book a second visit on the same day. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. The light or dark theme is remembered in your browser only.

Country by IP address

To show the site in your language right away, the country is detected from the IP address on our server, using a local database. The IP address is not sent to anyone for this.

Map

Map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers. Your browser sends them the address of the site, but not the address of the page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Clients can also contact the business they booked with directly. Contact details for these requests will be added to this page.
